1. What security do I have as an investor?
As an investor, your security lies in the contract signed with our company, which serves as a formal agreement witnessed by four individuals – two from our company and two representing your interests.
2. How do you track daily payments from tenants?
We have occupancy rights to the rented houses, allowing us to receive rent receipts from landlords. Our agreements with tenants ensure that if they miss two days of payment, we can replace them with new tenants.
3. What happens if a tenant is involved in an accident and can’t pay?
In the unlikely event of an accident, our internal insurance policy covers the loss, ensuring that our partners are not affected.
4. Are you a regulated company?
Yes, we operate under the laws governing the Republic of Uganda and have partnership agreements with all our investors.
5. Are you a certified company?
Yes, we are fully certified by the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).
6. Can I withdraw my funds if needed?
If you need to withdraw your funds, please notify us 60 days in advance, allowing us to collect payments from our tenants.
7. How can I trust that your company won’t scam me?
Our business model focuses on solving the ongoing challenge of rent payments, ensuring our long-term viability and commitment to our investors.
8. How long has your company been in operation?
Our company has been in operation for one year.
9. With decreasing percentages, how can we be sure you won’t lose investor interest?
For long-term investors, we offer the option to purchase shares in our company, securing their future with us.
10. How much does a share cost?
Currently, a share costs $6 USD.
11. How does your arrangement benefit tenants?
By paying landlords upfront, we provide tenants with peace of mind, allowing them to make daily payments in affordable installments.
12. What happens if a tenant defaults on payments?
We replace defaulting tenants, as we hold occupancy rights to the rented houses.
